Over the course of his career, he has collaborated extensively with property developers and Tier 1 builders, holding partnership and directorship roles within successful development organisations, as well as senior positions as a Project Manager and Construction Manager role in his earlier career.
His professional standing is reinforced by a strong, well-established industry network, developed through sustained project delivery and long-term professional relationships.
He contributes significantly to both project delivery outcomes and business development functions at Cornerstone Construction Group.

Josh is a highly experienced construction and development leader with over two decades of expertise across commercial, industrial, retail, residential, multi-storey apartment, and social infrastructure developments throughout Victoria.
Having led projects delivered with Victorian Government’s Big Housing Build initiative and federally funded developments as part of the Housing Australia Future Fund (HAFF), Josh has built a reputation for delivering complex, high-value projects with strong commercial leadership and technical precision.
Throughout his career, Josh has held Senior Project Management and Development leadership roles across projects exceeding $300 million individually, contributing to a combined portfolio exceeding $1 billion in value. His experience includes shopping centres, industrial estates, multi-storey apartments, social housing, and major corporate developments associated with Woolworths Group, Amazon, and Jaguar Land Rover.
Well connected and highly respected within the industry, Josh combines hands-on construction expertise with strategic development, commercial, and leadership capability — delivering projects from concept through to completion.
