Josh brings over two decades of experience across commercial, industrial, and residential construction, supported by strong technical expertise and a proven track record delivering complex, high-value projects throughout Victoria, including for the Victorian Government. He has played key roles in projects exceeding $300 million. As a registered Building Practitioner with Cornerstone Construction Group, he combines hands-on capability with formal accreditation across the industry.
Progressing from trade through to Site and Project Management, and supported by university studies, Josh offers a well-rounded understanding of the full project lifecycle—from early feasibility and development strategy through to large-scale construction delivery. His experience alongside leading industry professionals has strengthened his ability to deliver both technically and commercially.
With a strong command of property development, construction delivery, and stakeholder management, Josh provides clear and decisive leadership across all project phases—driving outcomes from concept through to successful completion at Cornerstone Construction Group.

Nick Sacchetta brings extensive experience in commercial plumbing and construction services, having built and led AAA Above Group into a well-regarded provider of plumbing and trade services across Melbourne.
