Nick Sacchetta is a Founding Director of Cornerstone Construction Group and a seasoned industry professional with over four decades of experience in the construction and plumbing sectors. As a fully licensed plumbing contractor for more than 40 years and the owner-operator of his own successful business for the past 32 years, Nick brings a wealth of practical expertise, operational insight, and commercial acumen to the leadership team.
Throughout his career, Nick has developed a reputation for integrity, precision, and a results-oriented approach to construction delivery. His deep understanding of plumbing infrastructure, hydraulic systems, and compliance frameworks has positioned him as a trusted contractor on a wide range of commercial, industrial, and residential developments across Victoria.
In addition to his technical background, Nick is an astute businessman with substantial experience in property development. He has personally overseen multiple projects from land acquisition and feasibility analysis through to design, construction, and final delivery—ensuring optimal value and long-term viability. Josh Orchard is one of the three Founding Directors of Cornerstone Construction Group and a highly regarded construction professional with over 22 years of experience across the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. Beginning his career at just 17 as an apprentice carpenter, Josh quickly advanced into site and project management roles by the age of 21, working with principal contractors and commercial building partition specialists.
He has since complemented his extensive hands-on experience with formal tertiary qualifications in Building and Construction and is a fully registered Residential and Commercial Building Practitioner. This combination of practical capability, academic grounding, and leadership experience positions Josh as a well-rounded and forward-thinking construction leader.
Throughout his career, Josh has delivered over $500 million worth of construction projects, including high-profile developments for global brands such as Amazon, Woolworths, and Jaguar Land Rover. These projects underscore his ability to manage complex, large-scale builds under tight timelines, high expectations, and demanding stakeholder requirements.
Josh is recognised for his strategic approach, strong technical proficiency, and commitment to quality, safety, and cost efficiency. He provides comprehensive project leadership across all phases of development—from concept design to practical completion—ensuring optimal outcomes aligned with client objectives and regulatory standards.

Mark Harris is a founding Director of Cornerstone Construction Group and a highly regarded figure in the Australian construction industry, bringing over four decades of experience across the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. Since commencing his career in 1983 as a 17-year-old carpenter specialising in house framing and cabinet making, Mark has steadily advanced into senior leadership and executive roles, earning a reputation for excellence, reliability, and strategic foresight.
Over the course of his 41-year career, Mark has held pivotal roles, including Senior Project Manager and Director at Harcon Constructions. His expertise spans the entire project lifecycle—from preliminary site establishment and structural works to final inspections and client handovers. Mark’s in-depth knowledge of construction methodology, contract administration, site management, and regulatory compliance positions him as a key contributor to the success of any development.
Mark’s early career highlights include subcontract carpentry and commercial fitouts for leading retail and corporate brands, including Coles, Target (Camberwell), and the Sportsgirl Centre on Collins Street. These formative years instilled a meticulous attention to detail and a deep appreciation for quality workmanship.
In his capacity as a business leader, Mark has founded and successfully managed several companies, including Universal Commercial Ceilings, Precision Commercial Interiors, Southern Interiors, and Harcon Constructions. He has delivered a diverse range of projects, from bespoke architectural builds to large-scale, multi-million-dollar developments—consistently achieving excellence through disciplined project management, effective stakeholder engagement, and a commitment to innovation and value creation.
